Our rooms have a modern and atmospheric interior design and are equipped with advanced technologies. For example, the audio and visuals from the plenary room can be connected, so that it can be seen in all the rooms. If desired, participants can follow the same presentation while divided over multiple rooms.

Periods 

The room fees are charged per slot. We operate using the following periods*:
Morning:      08.00 – 12.30pm
Afternoon:   13.00 – 17.30pm
Evening:      18.00 – 23.00pm

*Based on availability, the above-mentioned times can deviate.
