Our rooms have a modern and atmospheric interior design and are equipped with advanced technologies. For example, the audio and visuals from the plenary room can be connected, so that it can be seen in all the rooms. If desired, participants can follow the same presentation while divided over multiple rooms.
Each event, congress or symposium is unique. Our Banquet Sales Team knows this like no other. They will discuss your wishes and ideas together with you and then see what is possible.

Periods 

The room fees are charged per period. We operate using the following periods*:

Morning: 08.00 – 12.30 o’clock
Afternoon:  13.00 – 17.30 o’clock
Evening:  18.00 – 23.00 o’clock

*Based on availability, the above-mentioned times can deviate.
