Our rooms are modern and atmospherically furnished and equipped with advanced techniques. The audio and image from the plenary hall can be connected in such a way that it can be followed in all rooms. Participants can, if desired, follow the same presentation distributed across different rooms.

Every event, conference, or symposium is unique. Our Meeting & Events Team knows this like no other. They will discuss your wishes and ideas with you and then discuss the options with you.

Day Parts

The room rent is calculated per part of the day. We use the following day parts*:

Morning: 08.00 – 12.00 hours
Afternoon: 13.00 – 17.00 hours
Evening: 18.00 – 23.00 hours
