With a hall that can accommodate 250 people, Hotel Groningen-Hoogkerk is very suitable for your conference or event.

Our rooms are modern and attractively decorated, equipped with advanced technologies. For example, the audio and visual from the plenary room can be connected in such a way that it can be followed in all rooms. Participants can, if desired, follow the same presentation in different spaces.

Every event, conference, or symposium is unique. Our Meeting & Events Team knows this better than anyone. They will discuss your wishes and ideas with you in order to then go through the possibilities with you.

Day parts

The room rental is calculated per half-day. We use the following half-days*:

Morning: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon: 13:00 – 17:00 hours
Evening: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Based on availability, deviations from the above-mentioned times may occur.
