You are driving on the highway A7 towards Groningen.
Take exit number 35 Hoogkerk/Peize.
Take the first exit at the roundabout.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit.
At 200 meters you will find our parking lot on your left hand side.
From Assen
You are driving on the A28 highway towards Groningen.
At Julianaplein, keep left and follow the signs for Ring-West/Zuidhorn.
Continue on the A7 towards Amsterdam/Drachten.
Take exit number 35 Hoogkerk/Peize/Roden.
Take the roundabout three-quarters under the viaduct.
Take the first exit on the next roundabout to the right.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit.
At 200 meters you will find our parking lot on your left.
By public transport
From Groningen, Heerenveen, Assen
From Groningen
Take the train towards Leeuwarden or Zwolle and get off at Groningen Europapark or Hoogkerk station (P+R). Please note: Hoogkerk station is not a train station, but a P+R. For the fastest connection:
Take bus line 3, 4, 133 or 139 from Groningen station towards P+R Hoogkerk.
Get off at the P+R Hoogkerk stop.
From here, it's about a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Follow the signs to Van der Valk; the hotel is located directly behind the P+R.
From Heerenveen
Take the train towards Groningen.
Get off at Groningen station.
Then take bus line 3, 4, 133 or 139 towards P+R Hoogkerk.
Get off at the P+R Hoogkerk stop and walk to the hotel in about 5 minutes.
From Assen
Take the train towards Groningen.
Get off at Groningen station.
Take bus line 3, 4, 133 or 139 towards P+R Hoogkerk.
Get off at the P+R Hoogkerk stop. The hotel is within walking distance (approximately 200 meters).
By airplane
Via Schiphol Airport
By car
Leave Schiphol via the A4 towards Amsterdam/Haarlem.
Take the A10 (Ring Amsterdam) towards Zaanstad/Leeuwarden.
Follow the A7 towards Purmerend/Hoorn/Leeuwarden/Groningen.
Continue following the A7 towards Groningen (approximately 180 km).
Take exit 35 Hoogkerk/Peize.
Take the first exit at the roundabout.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit.
After about 200 meters, you will see the hotel and parking lot on your left side.
By public transport.
Take the Intercity train towards Groningen at Schiphol Plaza (1 transfer in Zwolle).
Get off at Groningen station.
Take bus line 3, 4, 133 or 139 from the station towards P+R Hoogkerk.
Get off at the P+R Hoogkerk stop.
