Public transport

Right next to the hotel you can find P+R Hoogkerk. From here, bus lines 3 and 4 run every 10 minutes to the city of Groningen, and in the evenings they run back and forth every 20 minutes. You will reach the city center of Groningen in about 10 minutes. The last bus departs around midnight from the city back to our hotel.

We sell return tickets for 2 to 5 people. This ticket costs €5.50 and is available at our reception. Unfortunately, Qbuzz does not offer any return tickets. You can check in and out yourself with your own debit card or public transport chip card.

The main station of Groningen is also easily accessible from P+R Hoogkerk. This station is an important hub in the northern Netherlands, where numerous trains depart daily towards destinations such as Leeuwarden, Assen, Zwolle, and beyond. Within about 15 minutes by bus, you will find yourself in front of the beautiful station hall, a monument in itself, and you can easily transfer to your train journey.
