The terrace of Van der Valk Hotel Groningen-Hoogkerk is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. On our terrace, you are surrounded by nature. Relax after a delightful... bicycle tour or rented bicycle or E-bike and enjoy the sun on our lounge sofas. You can choose from a cold refreshing drink, à la carte lunch, dinner or extensive drinks. It is important to know that our terrace is a non-smoking area.

On our Bar/Brasserie menu, you will find various types of cold and hot drinks, with or without alcohol. Additionally, you can choose from delicious snacks, sweet treats, or à la carte dishes for lunch. The menu at Restaurant Groen offers a variety of culinary dishes to cater to everyone's preferences. In addition to fish and meat dishes, you can also opt for vegetarian and vegan options. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know, as we are happy to accommodate them.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve your table or lounge sofa on our terrace. Upon arrival at our hotel, we would be happy to find an available spot for you on our terrace. If you want to ensure a table for a cup of coffee with pastry, lunch, dinner, or drinks, please reserve a table at our Restaurant (or Brasserie) Groen in Groningen so that we do not have to disappoint you.
